Kerrisdale is a bustling village with lots of activity and a wealth of independent shops and restaurants attract people from all over the city to shop and stroll. The pace of life here is quite relaxed and there are plenty of community resources.

Kerrisdale is located on the west side of Vancouver and bordered by Dunbar, Southlands, Quilchena, South Granville and MacKenzie Heights.
GET OUTSIDE
From dog walking to bird watching, there's plenty to see and do.
The community has several large parks to enjoy along with easy access to a number of golf courses.
Kerrisdale Centennial Park, home to the Kerrisdale Community Centre on West 42nd Avenue, is quite large with manicured pathways and a playground. There is also Elm Park at West 41st, with tennis courts, and Larch Street and Maple Grove Park at Marine Drive with an incredible outdoor pool!
If you’re looking for a good match, you can find some challengers at the Kerrisdale Lawn Bowling Club. Three 18-hole golf courses are just minutes south. McCleery Golf Course, a public course, offers a practice facility & clubhouse. Two exclusive private courses nearby include Marine Drive and Point Grey Golf & Country Club.
AMENITIES
The community centre has a variety or programs along with a full size indoor pool and fitness centre.
They also provide an excellent seniors centre, a public library and oversee several other amenities.
Historic Kerrisdale Cyclone Taylor Arena has ice from September to March and home to the Kerrisdale Play Palace for kids.
Schools in the area include Kerrisdale Elementary and Kerrisdale Annex kindergarten to grade 2. Nearby Quilchena Elementary and Maple Grove Elementary provide families with plenty of options for young kids. For high school students iconic Point Grey Secondary has classes from grade 8 to 12. Crofton House School for girls is a private institution and St. George’s is only minutes away.

Kerrisdale Village is home to a mix of older, locally-owned shops and newer boutiques, as well as charming cafés, eateries, and organic markets. Stretched along along 41st Avenue and West Boulevard, it’s a perfect destination for a Sunday stroll in the Village where you’ll discover everything from bakeries to bike shops. The village is also home to larger retailers like London Drugs, Hills of Kerrisdale & Kerrisdale Cameras.
