One of the older and more expensive neighbourhoods in Vancouver, Point Grey boasts stunning luxury properties, three beautiful beaches and incrediblel views of Downtown Vancouver, the North Shore Mountains & English Bay.
There’s a reason why Point Grey is so expensive. Large, almost overwhelming, mansions sit on massive properties that weave through perfectly manicured streets. It gives you a feel of a gated community that only the elite have access to, but that’s not the case. You just get that feeling when you take a drive through the community. Add in the breathtaking views and easy access to some of Vancouver’s top schools & amenities, and you’ve got yourself a perfect storm for high price tag properties. This is a pretty sweet location that ver few have the privilege of calling Point Grey home.
The great outdoors is one of the top perks of living in Point Grey. Jericho Beach, Locarno Beach & Spanish Banks are on your doorstep and ideal locales to jog, walk your dog, play beach volleyball or simply relax on the beach and take in some rays. The trails of Pacific Spirt Park are mere minutes away and ready for your next adventure.
UBC Golf Course, located in the University neighbourhood, is a great 18-hole challenge, with excellent practice facilities and an impressive club house where you’ll see weddings and private gatherings on a regular basis.
We’ll try to keep this list to a reasonable number, but there’s just so many great amenities in the neighbourhood.
The Jericho Tennis Club, located along the pristine shores of Jericho Beach, is one of the city’s most exclusive private clubs. It’s neighbourhood, The Royal Vancouver Yacht Club, s one of the world’s premier yacht clubs and one of the finest in Vancouver. Next door is The Brock House, is a seniors activity centre and one of the premier wedding venues in the city.
