Situated between Kerrisdale and Southlands, this primarily residential neighbourhood takes on a mix of it’s neighbours with gated mansions, equestrian stables and stunning ocean views to the south west.
Purely residential, posh and very private.
Jaw-dropping gated estates on expansive lots & beautiful manicured gardens are dotted along SW Marine and serves as a distraction to onlookers who simply can't believe how massive and grand the properties are.

S.W. Marine is located on the west side of Vancouver and bordered by Kerrisdale, South Granville and Southlands.
Get Outside
This neighbourhood has some of the most picturesque parks in the city.
There are three beautiful parks dotted throughout the community that boast everything from playgrounds to a massive outdoor pool.
Riverview Park and Arbutus Park both have playgrounds to entertain the kids. Riverview is a much larger space, a perfect place for your dog. Maple Grove Park is the showstopper in the community. This vast park has a playground, swings, soccer field, ball diamond and an incredible outdoor pool that’s usually packed from spring to the end of summer.

You're next door some of the best golf courses in Vancouver.
You can tee it up, privately, at Point Grey Golf & Counry Club and Marine Drive Golf Club. Or, if you want to go public, McCleery Golf Course and Driving Range, which is owned and operated by Parks Board in the City of Vancouver, is right next door.
Families in SW Marine will appreciate the wide selection of public and private schools nearby. Kerrisdale Elementary, Maple Grove Elementary, R.E. McKechnie Elementary are all within minutes. For high school students, Magee Secondary is an excellent choice. Top private schools nearby include Crofton House, St. George’s and Vancouver College.
The Marpole Oakridge Community Centre serves the South Granville neighbourhood and offers residents several programs and events, along with top amenities like a fitness centre, racquet courts, spray park, whirlpool and sauna.

The southern tip of Granville Street offers everything from tasty sushi to an oversized Safeway.
