The beautifully manicured Queen Elizabeth Park is the second-most visited park in Vancouver and boasts some of the best views in the city.

This massive park offers a pitch and putt course, tennis courts, lawn bowling and much more.  At the pinnacle of the park lies the incredible Bloedel Conservatory

Locals can get out and play in  Douglas Park and Riley Park, both with a large list of amenities on hand like baseball, field hockey, jogging, soccer, football & dog walking (37th and Oak) – the list is endless.

At the heart of the community is Hillcrest Centre, one of the venues of the 2010 Olympics.

Douglas Park Community Centre, the Canada Line transit and the BC Children's Hospital also make the headlines in the neighbourhood.

Hillcrest Community Centre, the curling venue to the 2010 Winter Olympic, is a world-class facility featuring an NHL sized skating rink, dance centre, indoor pool, fitness centre and an outdoor playground. aquatic and fitness centres.  Its next door neighourhood, Nat Bailey Stadium, is home to the minor league baseball team, The Vancouver Canadians.  Make sure to catch a nooner game! Douglas Park Community Centre features a full range of cardio equipment, free weights and much more. 

Whether your in the profession or need to be close to medial care, Cambie has you covered.  The BC Children’s Hospital, BC Women’s Hospital and Health Centre are nearby and ready to help. If you opt not to drive or need to commute, the Cambie corridor is home to the Canada Line (another big perk from the 2010 Olympics), is an underground rapid transit line that can take you to the Vancouver International Airport (south) or waterfront station in the downtown core (north).

Cambie Village, which extends from 16th Ave to King Edward, is the hub of local shops, services, groceries & more.
