What started at a neighbourhood full of homes, Collingwood has experienced tremendous growth with several condo buildings and is now a transit hub with three skytrain stations.

Family-oriented and central to all major amenities, this constantly growing neighbourhood checks all the boxes.

Collingwood is located on the east side of Vancouver and bordered by Victoria, Killarney, Renfrew Heights and Boundary Road.

Although Collingwood is dense with residential and commercial properties, they've made way for some great parks!
Norquay Park, on the south-west corner of the community, has a basketball court, splash park and baseball diamond. Gaston Park, which is wrapped by several high rises, has tennis courts, ball diamonds and a playground. It’s also a great place to take your dog for a walk.
Commuting downtown is a breeze in Collingwood. The Joyce-Collingwood station and the 29th Avenue station both lie within the community and connect residents to Downtown Vancouver in minutes.

Authentic & local shops and services speckle Kingsway & Joyce Street, the main thoroughfares.
You’ll find fresh veggie markets, big box groceries & pharmacies, authentic cuisine and a chocolate factory that would make Willy Wonka proud.
Wander down Kingsway and get overwhelmed with the amount of shops and services on hand. From day to day essentials to unique boutique shops, you can find lots of hidden gems here. If you’re in need of some big box shopping, head north-west on Kingsway to Metrotown for some groceries as Superstore, a movie at Cineplex or stroll the mall for retail therapy.
